Well, long time, no update,, Let me start out by saying,, i'm still on the face of the planet :)  Life is good and seemingly going faster and faster.. Been busy planning and planning and planning,, hope all will go well,, hey,, if anybody knows of anyone who needs a cute little rental house in Great Bridge,, give me hollar! I'm planning on moving to Newport News and renting out my little house.  So life,, it will be 'a changin.. but for good, i'm sure :)

On top of all the excitement,, I just had a Bridal Shower Tea Party on Sunday,, thrown at my Cousin Tammy's house.  Wow,, it was so wierd for me to be the Bride this time,, but i'm lovin it! We had such a good time,, thanks everyone!

 Hello everyone! Long time no write,, been a busy girl , enjoying the engagement and trying to plan a wedding,, Had a great Christmas and New Years.. Had to work on New Year's but a certain significant other showed up when i was on break and we rang in the new year together:)

  Well this Valentine's Day was so great! My first one with a boy! he he he.. Me and Van had a blast! I got some beautiful Roses,a balloon and lots of yummy chocolate,, and a weekend in Nags Head.  I got him a massage at a massage school, he's been lifting weights and needed it :)  A picnic lunch on Mount Trashmore,, and a box full of this and that kinda stuff.  I didn't have my camera out for mt. trashmore pics, but pics would ve been interesting,, we had lots of loudmouthed feathered friends visiting with us at lunch,, one of which left a souvenier on Van's shirt, ha ha ha..

But i did manage to get some pics of Nags head,, He rented a 3 bedroom cottage for a really reasonable off-season price,, and we and my Cousin Tammy and her hubby all headed down for an amazing weekend.. The girls were in charge of dinner,, and the boys were in charge of breakfast,, and they actually threw in a cookout lunch on the beach to boot!

Mom had made us a practice Wedding cake for our first Valentine's day together,, she did a really good job.. it was yummy, moist Carrot cake covered by fondant icing and cream cheese icing between layers,, soooo good!
